A 19th century Dutch brass fire iron set on stand, with a spread eagle finial to an adjustable pair of candle sconces above a pair of rampant lions holding a shield, above five associated fire tools on a tripod base, 133.8cm high, 42cm wide.

Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
