λ  A 19th century Anglo-Indian ivory and sandalwood writing slope Vizagapatam, applied with semi-precious stones and with foliate bands of lac decoration, the twin hinged top revealing a horn banded interior with a plush lined writing slope, inkwell, compartments and a pen tray, above two drawers, 12cm high, 35.8cm wide, 25.8cm deep.
