A 19th century Anglo-Indian horn tea chest
A 19th century Anglo-Indian horn tea chest, of ribbed sarcophagus form, the sandalwood lined interior to a pair of lift-out canisters with hinged lids, flanking an associated cut glass sugar bowl on bun feet, 20cm high, 33cm wide, 17.3cm deep.
Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
