the brass eight day drum movement stamped '118' with a circular silvered dial with Roman numerals and engine turned guilloche centre, the case modelled as a fireplace with logs burning on sphinx fire dogs, a girl standing to one side playing with balls of wool and a kitten on a rectangular base cast with a band of stiff leaves and foliate base
