A 17th century pewter slim-baluster measure, with a flat lid having two incised lines and a locating flange under, with a ball and wedge thumbpiece with a scroll handle, touchmark to the base 'I B' with indistinct symbols, within a lozenge, the underside of the lid marked with 'I V', within shaped shields, 6.25in (16cm) h.
