The four oban tate-e from the series Fuzoku sanjuni so (Thirty-two Aspects of Customs and Manners of Women), comprising: a high-ranking prostitute observing cherry blossoms, entitled 'Eager: Habits of an oiran of the Kaei era'; another a beauty holding a wine cup, entitled 'Thirsty: Habits of a street geisha of the Ansei era'; the third waving into the distance and entitled 'Disagreeable: Habits of a young woman of Nagoya in the Ansei era'; the last depicting a courtesan on a boat gazing at the sea, entitled 'Cool: Habits of a geisha of the 5th or 6th year of the Meiji era', each print approx. 24cm x 36cm.
