A gem set gold and enamel brooch by Fabergé

A gem set gold and enamel brooch by Fabergé, the oval brooch centred with a cabochon sapphire millegrain set within a surround of rose cut diamonds on an opalescent cream guilloche enamel ground and applied with laurels. Tied reeded border. Fluted back. The pin stamped with the initials KF in cyrillic and with an obscure mark, probably a Kokoshnik. Further rubbed marks to the pin hook. Fitted Fabergé hollywood box. The brooch 3cm wide. The box 5.5cm wide.
