A sapphire and diamond cluster ring

A sapphire and diamond cluster ring, the slightly oval shaped sapphire weighs 4.98cts and is millegrain set within a surround of twelve graduated old circular cut diamonds in platinum. Size L 1/2.

Accompanied by report number 09016 dated 1st December 2013 from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory stating that the sapphire measures 10.22 - 10.88 x 5.11mm, weighs 4.98cts, and is a natural sapphire with no evidence of treatment and of Sri Lankan origin.
