The Canadian Memorial Cross presented in commemoration of Private Frederick William Taylor, 5th Canadian Mounted Rifles, George V (114641 Pte. F. W. TAYLOR.), machine engraved, very fine.

Frederick Taylor was born at Greenwich, England, on the 15th of May 1889. He attested for the C.E.F. at Saskatoon on the 26th of December 1914 and served in France. He was killed in action on the 2nd of June 1916, and is buried at the Ypres Memorial.
