foliate scroll baluster stems, spool shaped capitals, on raised shaped circular bases with foliate scroll and rocaille decoration, engraved with a crest, height 29cm, approx. weight 197oz. (4)
Provenance: purchased form Christie's, London, Fine Silver, 7 July 1990, lot 77A. From the collection of the late E.A.S, Barnard Esq.
The crest is that of Wellesley.
