by Benjamin Cartwright, London 1754,
baluster form, central girdle, the domed hinged cover with a pierced thumbpiece and engraved with a crest and motto, scroll handle, on a circular foot, height 23.3cm, approx. weight 45.4oz.

The crest is that of Stanhope.
