A rare Queen Anne Scottish silver mug,
maker's mark of Robert Bruce, assay master James Penman, Edinburgh 1702,
tapering circular form, with two bands of decoration, scroll handle, scratch initialled 'M' over 'TF' over 'SM', on a circular foot, the underside with an old collection label, height 8.2cm, approx. weight 5.7oz.

Provenance: A Private Collection.
