Boer War, a pair of medals to a private in the Essex Regiment; Q.S.A., 4 clasps, Relief of Kimberley, Paardenberg, Driefontein, Belfast and K.S.A., 2 clasps, 1901, 1902 (both - 2688 Pte. J. W. Williams, 1st Essex Regt.); with a regimental bronze shooting star, centre with enameled 'Union Jack', brooch mounted (silver suspender). Q.S.A. with 'ghosted dates', contact wear to the pair, fine to very fine, last very fine. (3)
