probably by Samuel Lee, London 1703,

tapering circular form, scroll handles, detachable domed cover with a hinged knop finial, engraved with an armorial within foliate mantling, on a circular foot, height 24.5cm, approx. weight 22.5oz.

Provenance: Phillips, New Bond Street, July 1993, lot 261.

The arms are possibly those of Lillie.
