A George III silver swing-handled cake basket,

shaped oval form, pierced with mullets and scrolls, with beaded ribs, pierced foliate scroll border, the pierced swing-handle with scroll mounts and with female masks, the centre with a crest, on four pierced bracket feet with a pierced foliate apron, length 42cm, approx. weight 66oz.
