probably by John Wakefield, London 1825,

circular lobed form, heavy shell and scroll border, gilded bowls, on three foliate scroll legs, engraved with a crest, diameter 7.8cm, approx. weight 19oz. (4)

The crest is that of Acheson, Dewar, Perrin, Weston and other families.
