A George I provincial silver Hanoverian pattern spoon,

by William Webb, II Winchester circa 1727,

the oval bowl with a raised rat-tail, the reverse of the terminal scratch initialled 'I.R' over 'H.B', '1728', length 19.8cm, approx. weight 1.5oz.
