THREE JAPANESE IRO-NABESHIMA VASES BY THE IMAEMON WORKSHOP
HEISEI ERA, 20TH/21ST CENTURY
All three with a square-section body and a tall cylindrical neck, decorated in underglaze blue and red, cyan and yellow enamels, one with slightly brighter enamels; painted with the same designs of leafy flower sprays; each with an underglaze blue mark to the base for Imaemon; two with tomobako (wood boxes) inscribed Nishiki kachō hōbin (polychrome square bottle with flowers) and Imaemon with a red seal to the reverse; the third vase with an associated tomobako; 14cm max. (6)
