An Edwardian silver mounted purple leather address box

An Edwardian silver mounted purple leather address box, by Thomas De La Rue Ltd, London 1909 and 1910, retailed by Leuchars, Paris, rectangular form, with a clasp, and a pencil, length 20.5cm. Leuchars were acquired by Asprey in 1888, and the Paris Branch was taken over by M Geoffroy, of 2 Rue de la Paix, formerly manager of Leuchars, who continued to buy many of Asprey's products.
