Marion Kane studied at Cardonald College in Glasgow and the Glasgow School of Arts, and spent three years as an Artist in Residence at the Edinburgh College of Art. She specialises in hand-raising and chasing silver, has won many awards for her work, and has examples of her work in public collections including Bute House and the Royal Scottish Museum.
