An 18th-century Irish silver-gilt spoon tray,
maker's mark probably for Alexander Brown, Dublin, circa 1735,
fluted oblong form, the underside engraved with two floral motifs, two crests, a running hare and scratch initials 'P.B.F', also with scratch weight '2-14-2', length 15.8cm, approx. weight 2.5oz.
